Issue Description

When I am updating the Phone Number and Email drop-down to Work to Home or Home to Work, it is not functionaling properly.

Preconditions

1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Admin -> Contacts -> Persons -> View Person.
2. Edit Email and Contact and change drop-down.
3. Check the issue.

Expected result

If home is selected then home must appear and vice versa.
