Title

Remove the Mandatory Asterick sign from the Make as Default in Pipeline.

Issue Description

Currently when we check there we can see it appears like we need to select it as default. but its not a mandatory option hence we need to remove the asterick symbol.

Preconditions

1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to admin -> Settings -> Pipeline.
2. See the Make it default toggle button.

Expected result

Asterick symbol must be removed as it is not a mandatory field.

Checked and found that the issue has been fixed and working fine.
