Bug report

Title

Create Pipeline -> Delete the stage -> Warning message not appearing.

Issue Description

When we create a new Pipeline and there when we add a new Stage, We have an option to Delete the pipeline, there we should be able to see warning message.

Preconditions

  1. Admin must be logged in.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Admin -> Settings -> Leads -> Pipeline.
  2. New Create or Edit a pipeline -> Delete Stage.
  3. We can see it is directly deleted without warning.

Expected result

For Deleting any data we should be able to receive the warning message.
