Not merged as-is because of the comment directly above those two lines: they are pinned to whatever Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Testing pulls in transitively. Taking them to 10.0.11 while Mvc.Testing stayed on 9.0.x would have left a net9.0 test project resolving the netstandard2.0 assets of a .NET 10 package — legal, and exactly the drift that comment exists to prevent. #50 moves the whole test project to net10.0 and every Microsoft.* reference in it to 10.0.11 at once, so the pinning still means something.
