Using new plugin-sdk and Visual Studio 2022; use of RGBA values in the INI file.

It's possible to config the mod through an INI file;
The mod can show bribes, body armours and weapons now (just set them to true in the [EXTRA] section in the INI file)
You can use custom colors now, just use this website or any similar tool to convert RGBA hexadecimal values (like f0d233ff) to integer values (32-bit signed integer);
Turning on the mod (F12) reloads the config file;
I undertested this release, i'm sorry for any bugs.
