Retro: PR fullsend-ai/fullsend#328 — chore(deps): update oras digest to 440eb65

This was a trivial automated dependency update PR from red-hat-konflux[bot] (MintMaker/Renovate) that bumped a single submodule pointer (oras digest 3a6e948 → 440eb65). The PR was open for ~28 days (2026-05-24 to 2026-06-21) and had zero human interaction — all comments and reviews were from bots.
