Support was initially added in 51cb724 for the 0.1 and 0.2 versions of the buildah-remote and buildah-remote-oci-ta tasks. This commit also adds it for the 0.3 and 0.4 versions of those tasks. Signed-off-by: Taylor Madore <tmadore@redhat.com>

It was initially introduced in #1529 and reverted in #1638
