Pin bokeh dependency to use version < 3.

Thanks, Vincent. I have just tried version 2.4.3, and the reported issue does not occur. However, I cannot select the points with a polygon: I do double-click on canvas, but nothing happens.

You need to double-click and then move your mouse cursor. Is the behavior different from the widget in the docs?

I do not know whether it is relevant, but I get the following messages after running clf.add_chart(x="bill_length_mm", y="bill_depth_mm"):

Could you try Bokeh v2.2.1? That's the minimum version in the setup file at the moment.

I should admit that it's been a while since I've updated the dependencies of this repo, and I'm getting to the impression that it's overdue.
