I just made the switch from Big Sur to Monterey, with some problems regarding the DVI port. Hopefully, it will get fixed soon. Therefore, I don't plan to downgrade.

Here is the latest EFI folder for macOS Big Sur 11.6.3 running OpenCore 0.7.6. You can also browse this version in this branch.
