This PR creates a small modal for the user, triggered by the local
/feedbackcommand in the CLI, where the user will be asked to give feedback / report errors in the CLI.On submit, the CLI will ping a Cloudflare worker that will email the feedback to me, kevin.taylor@cerebras.net, using a tool called Resend.
Both Cloudflare and Resend have generous free tiers which the project is currently using. No API keys are exposed to users as a part of this PR.
