@jbischof A more generic, formalized "guide" would belong on KerasIO but this is more like an appendix to a pending publication from Waymo |

This is a very advanced topic and more technically demanding guide than anything we've ever published. One day it could be cool to write an "intro to 3D OD" style guide that explains what a voxel is but for now this will be very helpful to those in the know.
I'd like to buy a voxel for $250!

This was originally going to be a keras.io guide, but given the addressable audience, and the fact that we'll be publishing a separate blog post with Waymo, I decided to have it live here instead.
