Remove legacy and unused files to clean up the repository:

  • Remove legacy NoDependencyBrewfile (replaced by StandaloneBrewfile)
  • Remove unused .rubocop.yml from dot/ directory (no Ruby code in repo)
  • Clean up package-lock.json to match package.json dependencies
  • Update export.sh script to remove references to deleted files
  • Update brew/README.md to reflect current file structure
