feat: accept_profile_ownership
Implemented accept_profile_ownership function.
Added event ProfileOwnerUpdated.
Set the ContractAddress to contract_address_const::<0>() to "delete" the profile_to_pending_owner mapping.
Let me know if anything else needs to be changed.
Fixes #8
