### Runtime Environment Variables

The orchestration scripts export RPC endpoint environment variables for the active
chain. Expect both L1 and L2 URLs to be available (for example, variables such as
`L1_RPC_URL` and `L2_RPC_URL` when working against Sepolia). Use these exported
values directly rather than hard-coding endpoints when running tools or scripts.
