This PR solves issue #1214
Add err msg that Kaldi does not support CC1.x GPUs anymore.
Use native double atomicAdd for CC6.0 or newer GPUs.
Fix bugs for DOUBLE_PRECISION = 1.
All GPU tests have passed on both CC2.0 and CC3.5 GPU for DOUBLE_PRECISION = 1.
