Why is SpecAugmentTimeMaskComponent saved in the model?

I recently used a model trained by Kaldi to convert it to ONNX format, but found that SpecAugmentTimeMaskComponent does not have a corresponding format in ONNX.
Shouldn't this component be used for data enhancement, and why is it in the model file?
