android_asus_bootldr: rename to *_bootldr_asus for consistency

The other Android `bootloader-*.img` specs are called

* `android_bootldr_huawei` and
* `android_bootldr_qcom`,

so it makes sense for this spec to also follow the same
`android_bootldr_*` naming convention.
