There are two examples in 4c that are failing. Skipping for now.

…tests using that data. Note: spent several hours trying to see if we could integrate via `git subtree`, but those ended up looking worse. Solution 1 of https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23937436/add-subdirectory-of-remote-repo-with-git-subtree looked like the right thing, but modern git really doesn't seem to like merging commits from unshared histories.
