mmQTL is a flexible software toolkit used to conduct multiple QTL detection with control for population structure and sample overlapping.
Some new features are included in v1.2.0.

  1. When there is no individual data available, users can provide summary results and mmQTL conducts meta-analysis to integrate the QTL signal among datasets;
  2. Covariate matrix can be provided to control for confounding factors, and remove non-genetic variance.
