This is a fix we need to make for sure. However IMO this change will break the dependency for .Net 4.5. We would probably need to have two separate packages.config file for .Net 4/4.5. I am on vacation abroad and I will review asap. |

These duplicate package entries kept the project from building in Visual Studio 2015.
