This is a fun change! In the long run, we will probably want to handle this kind of thing in the theme, but this is a nice feature for now. |

This ensures that in cases when there is less than a full page of primary content, the footer will "stick" to the bottom of the page; otherwise it will flow after the content (outside the viewport) as normal.
