Functions sdp, ..., easy_sdp now accept an argument specifying a constant offset to the objective.
(the previous form is left intact for backwards compatibility. I agree that it's marginally useful to allow an offset to the objective, but it does matter (1) when the debugging output is analysed and (2) in terms of stopping criteria)
