…livered agent-docs specs (#196) PR 5 of the Phase C arc. Original audit triaged 3 items for DELETE: 1. ~~architecture.md §12 Teams SDK section~~ — REMOVED FROM SCOPE: PR 3 Batch D rewrote §12 into "Teams Static Tab (Azure App)" as a current V1 reference (per final-review finding on #195). 2. agent-docs-architecture-design.md (delivered): "10 personas × 14 use cases × 3 tiers" complexity claim was pre-wedge; live USER-JOURNEYS.md was rewritten in Phase A. 3. agent-docs-architecture-phase1-foundation.md (delivered): Task 7's USER-JOURNEYS.md draft (10 personas) was pre-wedge. Both files describe a delivered architecture (5-layer model, skills, Tier 1/2 narrative split) that remains in force — line-delete would break spec coherence. Applied wedge supersession callout at top of each instead, preserving 10-persona content as historical record. Canonical persona artifact is now docs/01-vision/variscout-process/four-personas.md (named-future). Closes Phase C doc cleanup arc (PRs #191, #192, #193, #194, #195, this).

Summary
Closes the deferred items from PR #191 (Phase A) review:
5 files touched, 2 commits, docs-only.
Concern A — Strategic-craft refinements
A.1 — business-bible §6 framed as decision-gates (not checklist)
Old opening "three strategic checks must clear" → new: "VariScout will not commit V1 engineering until these three gates clear. They are not a checklist — they are the bet test." §6.3 retitled "Customer validation — the bet test"; 30-minute call positioned as minimum-viable, not the standard.
A.2 — business-bible §2 H10 evidence thickened
H10 ("Single SKU Beats Tier Ladder") now cites two specific data points (Linear ARR trajectory, Plausible YoY growth) framed as "defensible patterns worth re-verifying before V1 launch" so future verifier knows what to source.
A.3 — membership-philosophy §3.3 Sponsor signoff commits the deferral
Killed "Re-evaluate in V2 if customer demand surfaces" hedge. New framing: "by design, not as a placeholder" — audit-trail + in-app Sponsor signoff explicitly assigned to VariScout Process as a product-line scope boundary, not a backlog item.
Concern B — Pre-existing drift cleanup
B.1 — docs/index.md Starlight Products table
Two-row table (Azure Standard €79 + Azure Team €199) collapsed to one row (Azure App €120 single SKU). Dev-comment lines also updated ("Azure Team App" → "Azure App").
B.2 — docs/08-products/feature-parity.md body €99 → €120
17 hits across table headers + body prose + cells. Line 14's historical retirement sentence preserves €79/€199 (it's describing the retirement, not asserting current truth).
B.3 — docs/llms.txt:50 descriptor
"PWA vs Azure Standard vs Azure Team" → "PWA (free) vs Azure App (€120/month single SKU); project-membership-role-gated features inside Azure."
