This PR adds a CMake function
juce_install_pluginwhich creates install rules & components for each plugin format. Similar to the copy-after-build functionality, there areJUCE_<format>_INSTALL_DESTtarget properties for each format, which can be initialized with<format>_INSTALL_DESTarguments tojuce_add_plugin.
