This PR introduces several development improvements:

Devcontainer Simplification: Adjusts and streamlines the devcontainer setup for easier use and faster startup.
Formatting Adjustments: Updates code formatting to follow the recommended style guidelines from the integration_blueprint repo, ensuring consistency with best practices.
VSCode Debugger Configuration: Adds a launch.json file to enable streamlined debugging in VSCode, making it easier for contributors to troubleshoot and test code changes.
