Headless machines compatibility? #2

It seems that the problem can be fixed by using CMake 3.12.2. The original
repo with CMake 3.10.x seems to have an issue with CUDA 10.x.
I've got this idea from clab/dynet#1457

I'm working on a headless machine, thus cannot use cmake-gui.
Using simply cmake, I tried
mkdir build ; cd build
cmake ..
But unfortunately when running
make -jnproc``
From within the repo I get the following error:
