Fixed a problem related to horizontal surfaces

Some flat surfaces caused the program to fail, so I added a check to exclude them. Horizontal surfaces did not contribute to the final table anyway

First release

Working release which should be usable. I have not done any testing to try to break the algorithm besides throwing large files at it.

Try running "java -jar varislic3.jar help"
