It allow to adjust 'support' value of resampler to get better finetuning of resampling result with either very shortly truncated support or more kernel interpolated samples usage.
to 2.3.

Updated Readme documentation, The kernel function for UserDefined2ResizeMT is now more simple without +-3 limits of input argument (more 'linear' processing without artificial limits added) to allow to use with 'large' support values up to 10 and more.
I hope I add new param (3rd param) to https://github.com/DTL2020/ResampleMT/blob/9005ebc6a79203333cd690ffae0bba1516ed4258/ResampleMT/resample.cpp#L5068 correctly with 'shifting' old params numbering ?
