@ChristineWk this worked for me.

1. Please go to media/vendor/tinymce/langs and edit the da.js manually (you can also remove the min versions for testing)
2. Please purge all caches

a) Hmm, I've since reset everything to the original and now have 5.3.1-dev.
I'd have to reset everything to Danish, etc.
Probably the NPM too?

It is not necessary to reinstall the Danish language; you only need to change the word in da.js and reload the backend.

I've now done point 1) via FTP.
Nevertheless, I enabled Danish (again) in the backend. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to check it. With success:

I found Gem&Luk/Grundinstillinger etc. :-)

Unfortunately, my image doesn't upload.
