I have tested this item ✅ successfully on e58a3a6

• Code review: OK.
• Real test: Put the changed composer.lock on a clean 4.0-dev, ran composer install, npm ci and made a new installation and used backend a bit, e.g. filesystem related stuff. All fine.
• System tests are passing in drone for this PR.
