Following up on #28283
Summary of Changes
This moves and corrects choices.scss, corrects custom-forms, rounded and size of searchtools fields, XTD LTR and RTL desktop/mobile view
Testing Instructions
Log in frontend.
Edit/create article. Use CMS content =>Article
Display and use searchtools in the modal.
Patch and test again
after patch
may need more but already some improvements.
