Summary of Changes
Refactors frontend template CSS to be 'mobile-first'. Basically, reverses media queries to min-width, leaving the smallest mobile screensize as default.
Testing Instructions
Apply this patch and run
node build.js --compile-cssfor updating the changed SCSS. Alternatively, you can runnpm i.Check frontend works as expected.
