devlog: fold in slice retention, temp cleanup, stream terminal and draft key gotchas

Four entries from after the previous sweep row.

• sliced-stream-suffixes-retain-whole-message - a per-chunk suffix sliced out of the accumulated message pins the whole message alive through shared V8 string storage, so retained heap grows with the square of the stream length; copy the suffix instead (paseo #5882 / PR #6262)
• temp-cleanup-fails-while-children-hold-handles - on Windows, disposable-profile cleanup hits EBUSY while spawned children still hold the runtime, so a fully successful install reports a disk fault; kill the process tree before the pipes close and retry (t3code #18551 / PR #18472)
• stream-end-without-a-terminal-leaves-the-run-running - a provider subscription that ends without its terminal event closes cleanly and settles nothing, leaving the run marked running forever; raise an ingestion error instead (t3code #19127 / PR #19131)
• worktree-moves-drop-the-composer-draft - a draft keyed on the session directory is orphaned when a worktree move re-keys the session and the new key loads empty; migrate the draft on identity change (openchamber #4833 / PR #4974)

Also recorded in the sweep-status row - Paseo v0.11.3 shipped and was too thin for an entry; several closed reports dropped as duplicates, already-implemented, or too product-specific. Nothing new from johnnyhuy/* or echohello-dev/*; no new stable releases in the site stack.
