🟡 MAUI upgrade breaks iOS builds

Microsoft.Maui.Controls 10.0.110 rejects the repository's pinned .NET 8 MAUI workload. The MA003 workload check stops every iOS build.

Learn more

The package carries MauiMinimumSupportedTargetFrameworkVersion and MauiMinimumSupportedWorkloadVersion values of 10.0. The project targets net8.0-ios, while global.json and the iOS workflow install the 8.0.400 SDK and MAUI workload. During build, the package's _CheckForMauiMinimumSupportedWorkloadVersion target compares that workload with 10.0 and raises MA003.

Example: A pull-request CI run installs maui-ios 8.0.400, restores this package, then builds net8.0-ios. The package reports that MAUI 10 requires workload 10.0 or later instead of producing the simulator app.

Recommended fix: Either retain a MAUI 8 package compatible with the current baseline, or migrate the target framework, global.json, CI SDK/workload, Xcode runner, output paths, and release validation together to a supported .NET 10 iOS toolchain.
