FR: Pause Resource updating #57

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm importing my email and I have >350k emails. So it is taking a long time. Long enough that I'm going to have to move my laptop and/or shut it down.
Describe the solution you'd like
In a perfect world, I could pause the processing and pick it up later.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm not clear if this is possible.
