Accept headers on disconnect

The disconnect method doesn't allow passing headers, just a callback, so it's impossible to pass the receipt header

The fix allows passing a receipt header but will it actually work? The method then closes the socket. It seems like something a little more is needed here.

The fix was to generally accept additional headers to the DISCONNECT frame.
Note that adding a receipt header does not guarantee that the server will wait after sending the RECEIPT frame to close the connection (http://stomp.github.io/stomp-specification-1.2.html#DISCONNECT).

So it it possible to do a graceful shutdown as described in that section? I.e. should the client-side application try to wait for the RECEIPT as indicated in step 2 before closing the socket. It doesn't look like its possible with the way disconnect is written since it closes the socket immediately.
