Paired with alpha-web #143: the signed catalog release removes plugin:opencode-notify while this repository removes the bundled resource and presentation overrides without reviving any plugin authority.
Verification:
This PR remains draft until the paired alpha-web catalog PR is rebased onto the post-#148 main, fully verified, and both exact heads pass Codex plus Claude read-only audit.
