Ubuntu install instructions

It should be ```grep -Po --color=never "tag_name": "v\K[^"]*'"``` instead of ```grep -Po "tag_name": "v\K[^"]*'"``` for getting the LAZYGIT_VERSION from git.

Love your project btw. Best and ONLY true git GUI and I can't go without it.
