Hi @jesparza, this PR adds support to upload and get a prediction from DIARIO service. User does not need to have an API key. It adds a single dependency ('requests' module, although, which with a high probability the user already have it) and fail soft if is not present. Please, feel free to ask whatever you might consider regarding this PR.
