Describe the bug
如果设置登录页面的背景为视频，在 4:3 或是其他较低的宽高比下视频不会填充页面，导致上下有黑边。

Expected behavior
更改 HTML 中 video 在 div 内的填充样式，应该可以解决这一问题。
