Others who might investigate your issue report are much more likely to investigate if you provide the requested environment information that lists the Jenkins version you are running and the plugin versions you are running. They are also more likely to investigate if you provide detailed steps that will allow others to duplicate the issue. They are also more likely to investigate fi you provide the stack traces as text in the bug description instead of using screenshots. Stack traces in screen shots are more difficult to search and more difficult to reuse.
