Individual file license headers copyright based on Git history for each file. I confirmed with @ndeloof about his copyright.
IANAL so no idea whether the LICENSE.md without a list of contributors makes sense, but the number of copyright holders for all of this plugin is far too great to list, especially given its history as having been part of Jenkins core.
