Fixes this warning:

[WARNING] Site model of org.jenkins-ci.main:jenkins-core:jar:2.482-SNAPSHOT for default locale is still using the old pre-version 2.0.0 model. You MUST migrate to the new model as soon as possible otherwise your build will break in the future!

Testing done

mvn -DgenerateProjectInfo=false -DgenerateSitemap=false site:site in core/ before and after this PR. Confirmed the warning was gone.
