This commit adds a new setting to hide culprits on broken/unstable builds. This is (among others) useful when a build often has a very long list of culprits, which is not nicely displayed on a given screen. Fixes issue jenkinsci#70.

Hi, The feature of hiding "possible Culprit" has been in yet? |

+1 here. We have a very large team working on our repository, and sometimes the culprit list makes the board unreadable. Would love to have this feature incorporated :] |
