This PR fixes FFmpeg seeking
-ssand duration-tparameters by repositioning the duration code after file inputs-i. The repositioning of the code corrected many inaccuracies, resulting in faster conversion processes.Some item names in the menu bar have been updated, and some useful additions have been made.
Overall improves the stabilizer filter for both the preview and the production of the final video. Fixes various bugs that prevented correct video playback.
