Why these became stale

Task-discovery fixtures

• The hidden fixtures and xtasks/filetask supported old unit/snapshot coverage removed by test: migrate tests from unit to e2e #3231. chore: move tasks dir so it doesnt show up in unrelated projects #3254 subsequently relocated the already-orphaned files into xtasks/; it did not add a new consumer.
• xtasks/filetask.bat, testtask.ps1, and testtask.sh stopped being consumed when feat(prepare): add mise prepare command for dependency preparation #7281 isolated the Windows task tests in TestDrive and began creating equivalent fixtures locally.

Aqua migration helper

• aqua-tester.fish was introduced for the bulk ASDF-to-Aqua migration in feat: added more aqua tools #3021, then used in feat: added more aqua tools #3031 and last functionally updated in feat: migrate more tools away from asdf #3279.
• Its validation role was superseded by mise test-tool in test: added mise test-tool to test tools from registry #3039 and registry CI in test: test registry changes by themselves #4910.
• Its required mise-versions/docs/aqua-registry/all input became unnecessary after fix(aqua): remove mise-versions aqua registry #6097 and was later deleted in Remove aqua registry fallback mise-versions#166, so the script can no longer run.

Manual scratch tasks

• signal-test originated in pass signals to tasks #1527 as a manual SIGINT-forwarding reproduction. It was never part of automated coverage and has no current consumer.
• xxx was a hidden scratch task used for manual experiments in feat(tasks): optional automatic outputs #3528, feat: task tools #3599, fix: trap panics in task resolving #3677, and feat: added timed task output type #3766. It has no maintained consumer and has not been functionally updated since.

Impact

This removes only repository-local development tasks and fixtures. It does not change CLI behavior. Project tools such as age and sops remain unchanged.
