This reverts commit 44d5d47. #11038 made the required aggregate checks (test-ci, registry-ci) skip on success and only run their failing step when a hand-written boolean judged something wrong. GitHub treats a skipped required status check as passing, so any gap in that condition lets a broken PR merge (e.g. #11072). Restore the always-running check jobs that evaluate results in a step, which cannot be mistaken for success when skipped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
