Detail right

You can click on a user or role, and then you see all rights specific to that user or role put on sitecore items. Or click on all to see all rights. Example detail rights and you can see what rights are custom

Using

Go to the Sitecore Desktop (/sitecore/shell/) And push the left-bottom start button in the right menu there is inside the Security Tools menu a new Security Reporting menu item

This tool is for Sitecore Domain users, if there too many (extranet) users it is skipping other domain users, this tool works for max 200 users in the Sitecore Domain. it is more a rapportage tool than an import export tool, but anyway there is a rol export import with item rights. for user export see Transferring user passwords between Sitecore instances

Issues

The tool is doing a heavy database query. similar to the Sitecore My items functionality. Depend on the number of items and sizing of the database, it can be too much.

##Sitecore 10.1+ The tool uses fast query it is deprecated, also new it is now depend on the Query.MaxItems, default 100. That is far too low for this tool, therefore the config from this tool disable the limit by setting Query.MaxItems to 0; For Sitecore version 10.1+ show all rights hide default Sitecore rights not available anymore.
