[INGEST] Improve data ingestion pipeline performance - Refactored batch processing to reduce memory overhead. - Added logging for error conditions in the streaming interface. - Fixed race condition causing intermittent data duplication. - Updated dependencies to latest stable versions. - Enhanced documentation for setup and troubleshooting. - Only done for repos where auto_subtree_push is true. - When a monorepo pull request is merged to the develop branch, create individual patches for the subtrees changed. - Apply the individual patches to the specific repos and have the commit message point back to the monorepo pull request. - Test Example: jayhawk-commits#21
