[deps] Upgrade OkHttp to 5.3.0

Upgrades OkHttp from 4.12.0 to 5.3.0.

Changes

• Updated okhttp.version to 5.3.0
• Changed artifact ID from okhttp to okhttp-jvm (OkHttp 5.x uses Kotlin Multiplatform; Maven requires explicit JVM variant)
• Kept okhttp-tls unchanged (already JVM-compatible)

Compatibility

No code changes required. OkHttp 5.x maintains API compatibility with 4.x - the property vs. method syntax changes (response.code vs response.code()) are transparent in Kotlin.

Testing

All 1,007 non-browser tests pass. The 20 browser test failures (TestWebBrowser, TestJavalinVueBrowser) are expected in CI due to missing WebDriver.
